Festival 10am – 4pm
The festival returns to Center Greens, the city park in the heart of downtown Anaheim just around the corner from our parade route. Here, you can shop unique local artists and small businesses, participate in costume contests, enjoy live performances, and even test your skills in a scavenger hunt! Check back in October for more details.
Map and Location
The festival spans Center Greens and Center Street Promenade, and includes performances, vendors, a Classic Car Show, and culminates in a Parade at 7pm!
Parking
Local structures provide convenient parking for both the festival and the parade. Please note that there are many road closures the day of the event. Please observe any special directions and pay attention to road closure signs.
- Center Street Parking Garage – Free! On Center St. across from the Anaheim Downtown Community Center
There are also additional structures near the parade route along Center St Promenade.
You may also park in nearby neighborhoods, however be aware that many neighborhoods are permit parking only. Please be respectful to our neighbors. The Anaheim City Hall Parking is also available but there will no entry or exit due to road closures for the parade between 3pm and 9pm.
If you will be watching the parade along Broadway, additional overflow parking will be available at the Anaheim High School overflow lot will open at 5pm. It is a 10 minute walk from Anaheim High School south to the parade route.

Scavenger Hunt
Tricksters have “hidden” some of our parade floats throughout the festival and downtown!
- Stop at the INFORMATION BOOTH at Center Green to pick up a Scavenger Hunt Passport – be sure to fill out your contact info on the back!
- Find all 6 “hidden” floats (TIP: not every float you see is part of the hunt!)
- Get a stamp on your passport at each official Scavenger Hunt location
- TIP: Ask the friendly Scavenger Hunt volunteers for clues to find more floats!
- When you collect all 6 stamps, return your completed Passport to the INFORMATION BOOTH at Center Greens for a chance to win the GRAND PRIZE: TWO TICKETS TO DISNEYLAND!!
- There are other prizes to collect along the way (while supplies last)!

Kiddie Costume Contest
Children, ages 12 and under, are welcome to join us in their best costumes!
We also have a category for Best Family Group Costume: The family should consist of up to 4 members, and at least one child (aged infant to 12 years old).
Costume Contest Registration is open from 10am-10:55am at the INFORMATION BOOTH at Center Greens!
Contest Registration is limited to the first 300 entries, on a first-come, first-entered basis.
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category, as well as a GRAND PRIZE for Best in Show!
Doggie Costume Contest
Dress up your doggie and compete to win! Costumed Doggies will be judged on Concept, Creativity, Execution, and Personality.
There will be 3 divisions, with a limit of 20 competitors per division:
- Small Dog (under 35 lbs)
- Large Dog (over 35 lbs)
- Group/ Family (costumed dog along with costumed humans, who fit a theme)
Contest Registration is open from 1:00pm-2:00pm at the INFORMATION BOOTH at Center Greens!
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division!
